Welcome to GOMEDIA. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. General Information
   GOMEDIA (CVR: 30892534) is a digital marketing consultancy and freelance service based in Denmark. Our mission is to provide data-driven strategies, marketing solutions, and consultancy services to brands and agencies.
   
2. Services Provided
   GOMEDIA offers various services, including but not limited to:

• Paid Media Strategy
• Holistic Measurement & Analytics
• AI-Driven Marketing Solutions
• Stakeholder & Project Management
• Consultancy & Freelance Expertise

The specific services provided will be agreed upon between GOMEDIA and the client and outlined in a separate contract or agreement.

3. Payment Terms
   – Payment for services rendered is due within 30 days from the end of the current month in which the services were provided.
   Invoices will be issued at the end of each month for the services delivered during that month.
   
   – All payments must be made in DKK, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
   
   – Late payments may incur an interest charge based on the Danish National Bank’s reference rate plus 8 percentage points per year, beginning 10 days after the due date.
   
   – Additionally, a fixed compensation fee of 310 DKK may be charged to cover recovery costs for overdue payments, in accordance with Danish law.
   
4. VAT (Value Added Tax)
   – All prices quoted for services provided by GOMEDIA are exclusive of VAT.
   – GOMEDIA is registered for VAT in Denmark under CVR: 30892534. Applicable VAT will be added to invoices in accordance with Danish tax regulations.
   
5. Cancellation and Termination
   – Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
   If a client wishes to cancel or reschedule a project or service, they must provide a minimum of 14 days’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the agreed-upon fee for the canceled service.
   – GOMEDIA reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches any of the terms outlined in this document.
   
6. Confidentiality
   – Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information, data, or materials shared during the term of the agreement.
   – Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.
   
7. Liability and Indemnity
   – GOMEDIA shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
   – The client’s sole remedy for dissatisfaction with GOMEDIA’s services is to discontinue use.
   – The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GOMEDIA, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from their use of our services.
   
8. Intellectual Property
   – All materials, content, and data produced by GOMEDIA in the course of providing services remain the intellectual property of GOMEDIA until full payment is received.
   – Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the purpose for which they were intended.
   
9. Governing Law
   These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
   
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
    GOMEDIA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and communicated to clients. Continued use of our services after such changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
